Device message center: SMS and notifications
AirNgin supports optional SMS-based capabilities for eligible products, including Devices with GSM modules and MQTT-connected Devices that need to send approved notifications.
The SMS path is useful where Internet access at the Device is unavailable or unreliable, but it is not limited to outage fallback. A product may support both MQTT and SMS when that capability is enabled.
For the current Iran SMS integration, the documented AirNgin gateway number is:

SMS actions and notification templates are permission/capability controlled and may incur platform charges. Do not treat arbitrary free-form SMS text as an approved AirNgin notification contract.
